Practical advice

Confirm patient suitability based on the Summary of Product Characteristics before starting treatment. If treatment is initiated before the CYP2C19 phenotype is established, the dosing instructions for poor metabolisers should be followed until the CYP2C19 phenotype is established.

• CAMZYOS is available in the following strengths:
  2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg and 15 mg

• Use a single capsule for the prescribed dose
  

• The medicine should be taken once daily with or without food at approximately the same time each day

• The risk of drug interactions should be considered before and during treatment with CAMZYOS

If a dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as possible, and the next scheduled dose should be taken at the usual time the following day. Two doses should not be taken on the same day.
